POLICIES

SHIPPING

  • All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please allow for 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

  • Review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address provided. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you resubmit your order.

  • Once an item is shipped it is out of our hands. Please contact the shipping carrier your tracking number is through to resolve any delivery issues. We are not responsible for carrier shipping delays.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you believe an item has been damaged or defective, please contact us and we will evaluate each request individually.

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 72 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
